    KIDNEY 14 | Four Fullness Siman 四滿 | On the lower abdomen, 2 cun below the center of the belly button, 0.5 cun to the left and right of the midline.
  • Acupressure Point Location

    SPLEEN 8 | Earth's Crux Diji 地機 | 3 cun below the head of the tibia, on the inside of the leg. TOP TIP! Trace a finger up the inside of the leg until the head of the tibia begins to flare out. 3 cun below this may be equated to approximately 1 hand width.
  • Acupressure Point Location

    KIDNEY 8 | Intersection Reach Jiaoxin 交信 | Trace a finger up the inside of the lower leg on the border of the tibia, 2 cun above the medial malleolus (internal ankle bone). TOP TIP! 2 cun equates to approximately 3 fingers width.
  • Acupressure Point Location

    REN 4 | Gate of the Source Guanyuan 關元 | On the midline of the abdomen, 3 cun below the belly button. TOP TIP! 3 cun equates to approximately 4 fingers width.

    REN 6 | Sea of Qi Qi Hai 氣海 | On the midline of the lower abdomen, 1.5 cun below the belly button.

    LARGE INTESTINE 10 | Arm Three Miles Shou San Li 手三里 | This point is located on the outer surface of the forearm and 2 cun, or three fingers width, below the elbow crease when the elbow is bent 90 degrees.

    PERICARDIUM 6 | Inner Gate Neiguan 內關 | 2 cun above the wrist crease on the border of the large tendon, palmaris longus. TOP TIP! 2 cun is approximately 3 fingers width. The palmaris longus tendon is the large, wiry tendon that originates from the wrist and is located on the thumb side of the hand.

    KIDNEY 3 | Great Ravine Taixi 太谿 | Finding this Point | On the inside of the foot, halfway between the achilles tendon and the tip of the ankle bone (medial malleolus).
  • Acupressure Point Location

    STOMACH 36 | Leg Three Miles Zusanli 足三里 | 3 cun below the base of the knee cap, on the outside of the leg and on the border of the tibia. TOP TIP! 3 cun may be equated to approximately 1 hand width. Easily located by tracing a finger up the spine of the shin bone (tibia) and when the bone begins to flare out, roll your finger over onto the muscle.

    SPLEEN 6 | Three Yin Intersection Sanyinjiao 三陰交 | 3 cun above the tip of the ankle bone on the inside leg. Located on the border the tibia bone. TOP TIP! 3 cun may be equated to approximately 1 hand width.

    HEART 7 | Spirit Gate Shen Men 神門 | On the inside of the ulner tendon, located at the wrist crease. TOP TIP! The ulner tendon is the large, wiry tendon that originates from the wrist and is located on the little finger side of the hand.

    KIDNEY 2 | Blazing Valley Rangu 然谷 | This one is a little trickier. Without going into too much anatomical terminology, you will find this point on the inside of the foot, in the depression distal to the navicular tuberosity. TOP TIP! This is easily located by finding the highest point at the arch of your foot and tracing your finger up. Here you will find a little depression between the bones which can often be quite tender.

    KIDNEY 6 | Shining Sea Zhaohai 照海 | In a depression below the tip of the ankle bone, on the inside of the foot.
  • Acupressure Point Location

    SPLEEN 4 | Yellow Emporer Gongsun 公孫 | Located on the inside of the foot. Run your finger along the metatarsal bone of the big toe until you meet a depression where the head of the bone begins to flare. TOP TIP! This may be tender when pressing.
  • Acupressure Point Location

    LUNG 7 | Broken Sequence Lie Que 列缺 | Trace your finger down from the outside of your thumb, over the wrist crease and the bony styloid process. The point is 1.5 cun on the spine of the radius bone of the arm.
