Refund / Cancellation Policy

All products are hand packaged and checked thoroughly before sending out to you by the Life + Lemons team. However, refunds can be issued if the goods are faulty or damaged on arrival, subject to the terms below: 

  • Please email us at hello@lifeandlemons.co with details about your request for a refund. We are continually seeking to improve the quality of products and service so your feedback would be invaluable. No return will be accepted without an email notification.


  • Return delivery will be at your own cost. Please send to 38 Hunter Hill Road, Sheffield, S11 8UE, United Kingdom.
  • Returns must be made within 10 days of purchase. After which point, you will no longer be eligible for a refund. 

  • Please use an outer box to return products back to us to protect the package of the item. Please do not write or stick address details directly on to product envelope or box. 

  • Subscription orders must be cancelled 48 hours before their renewal date. If cancelled after this point, no refund will be issued for that subscription period but you will no longer be charged for subsequent months. You can renew any time.
